If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund. When doing so, please keep in mind the following:
- Contact Customer Service for return authorization and return shipping address. Please include RMA # in return.
- Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping charges are your responsibility.
- Product must be returned unused with all original packaging and accessories.
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your original delivery date.
- If you refuse delivery of your order, your original shipping charges cannot be refunded. Additionally, return shipping charges will be deducted at cost.
- Include a copy of your sales receipt with your return. Include authorization number on or attached to sales receipt
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be given a refund.
